Masterclasses

2017 Masterclasses

As part of the SLA Leadership and Management programme, our candidates are offered the opportunity to take part in a series of masterclasses aimed at enhancing their workplace learning and theoretical studies by inviting industry experts and employer partners to come and share their knowledge and expertise.

For those enrolled onto the programme, these are offered at no extra cost, although candidates will be asked to book, as places will be limited.

If spaces become available we are happy for host employers or other interested parties to register an interest to attend (this may be subject to a small cost).

“My Leadership Management course has been an amazing experience so far. It allows me to develop my skills and knowledge whilst directly applying it to my current role. I am able to reflect and consider ways to improve my staff, our delivery and the overall experience, including how we are perceived by the community. The support I have had on programme is excellent. Sandra is flexible to my needs and is able to discuss ways I can develop further, always making it applicable. I would recommend the L&M qualification to anyone looking to gain greater insight to their own practice as well as recognising proactive, positive ways to develop”.
